Candace and Jacob, from Los Angeles, were engaged to be married and decided to elope to Paris. Why? So their wedding day could be just about the two of them: romantic, intimate and unforgettable.
Candace, an interior designer by trade, planned the details of their wedding all by herself, and the couple stayed in the super chic Hotel Thoumieux, which was the perfect setting for some getting ready photos.
Before their ceremony, we had an hour for photos at the Eiffel Tower, Pont Bir Hakeim (my fave!) and the Louvre Museum (another fave location). From there, we met up with their offiicant on the small island city-center, called Ile Saint Louis, for their intimate wedding ceremony. It was just the three of them, me, and a few Parisian locals enjoying afternoon beers on the island.
Congratulations, Candace and Jacob! Cheers and wishing you many years of love, happiness, and return visits to Paris!
