150 EURO DEPOSIT – Pictours Paris Photography Session

CONDITIONS:
Payment confirms the time and date of your photo session and/or event. Please keep a record of this payment.
DELIVERY: High resolution images will be edited and be delivered via a digital album within 4-5 weeks from the date of your photo shoot/event. Delivery within 3-5 days for surprise proposals.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We ask for a deposit to secure the time and date of your session. If you have to cancel your session, we request 10 days advance notice, so that we can reschedule that time slot with another client. If cancellation occurs less than 5 days from your session, the deposit will not be refunded, especially in busy season (April – September). If Pictours Paris has to cancel your session for an unforeseen circumstance, your deposit will be fully refunded and we will do our best to find you a replacement photographer. We are always willing to try and reschedule if need be due to weather or unforeseen events.
LATE POLICY: Please be on time. We can book multiple photo sessions a day, so if you are late that will take away from time we spend taking photographs, and if you are more than 20 minutes late we may have to cancel or attempt to reschedule. Your deposit won’t be reimbursed if your tardiness causes a cancellation.
CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER: Pictours Paris does the best to reschedule around inclement weather. Light rain is not a problem, but heavy rain can be. We can also select a different day or time of day if scheduling for both parties permits.
We will reimburse 70% of the deposit if inclement weather causes an absolute cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable during busy season (April – August), and are not reimbursed for cancellations within 48 hours or if you are a no-show.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Pictours Paris is not responsible for lost or stolen items during your Pictours photo session. We suggest you pack light and do not carry more than enough cash to pay your balance and for any other activities during our session. Leave passports and valuables at your hotel or accommodation.
RELEASE: Payment grants Pictours Paris with permission to use photographs in its marketing material, website and social media platforms. Clients have full rights to print and post their images where they choose, but they cannot be used for commercial purposes and cannot further edit the images. If you have privacy concerns, just let us know.
