TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Payment confirms the time and date of your photo session. Please keep a record of this payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you have to cancel your session, we request 7 days advance notice, so that we can reschedule that time slot with another client. If cancellation occurs less than 4 days from your session, your payment will not be refunded. If you cancel 7 days in advance or more, your payment will be refunded in full.
LATE POLICY: Please be on time. We will book multiple photo sessions a day, so if you are late that will take away from time we spend taking photographs, and if you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to cancel. Your payment will not be reimbursed if your tardiness causes a cancellation.
CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER: Pictours Paris does the best to reschedule around inclement weather. Light rain is not a problem, but heavy rain can be. We can also select a different day or time of day if scheduling for both parties permits.
DELIVERY: High resolution images will be edited and be delivered via a digital album. Your photographer will communicate the delivery timeframe.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Pictours Paris is not responsible for lost or stolen items during your photo session.
RELEASE: Payment grants Pictours Paris with permission to use photographs in its marketing material, website and social media platforms. Clients have full rights to print and post their images where they choose, but they cannot be used for commercial purposes and cannot further edit the images. If you have privacy concerns, just let us know.
